EarthBound Review
By: Aquas
EarthBound is a story about a courageful
teenager named Ness. In his journey to stop Giygas' reign of terror,
he meets 3 friends. Paula, the cute girl who posseses strong psychic
abilities. Jeff, the son of the famous scientist Dr. Andonut and who
uses machines and gadgets to his own abilities, and Poo, the mysterious
prince of the east, always loyal and highly popular with the girls, and has
unique psychic commands to strong-hold his opponents. These 4 friends
are destined to destroy Giygas so the world can live in peace.
EarthBound is more based on a modern kind of time.
For example; burger shops, department stores, bottle rockets, and toy air
guns, the list goes on. Some people mention the weird/strange humor
in EarthBound, ie: A camera man dropping down from random places
in the sky asking to take your picture and say "Fuzzy Pickles". What more
could I say? From that I'm telling you, EarthBound is a pretty inovative
and up to fab game.
The people of EarthBound are incredible.
Thearters starring a popular jazz band called the Runaway 5 travel
across Eagleland entertaining. A small race called Mr.Saturn's live
in a small valley in Threed, and aren't well speached. A man named
Brick-Road has a dream to be the first Dungeon Man with Dr. Andonut's
help. A smelly boy named Apple-Kid helps Ness through his adventure by
inventing several different items and delivering them to him via Escargo
Express. EarthBound is filled with many unique characters, who you'll
find funny/interesting in many ways.
I highly recommend EarthBound to anyone,
the only people who don't like it rely on good graphics for a good game,
which is most the time the case. upbeat music, strange humor, starmen,
EarthBound!
